Growing up, I had the habit of opening my mom’s pantry and wondering what food I could play with on my skin. Banana, oatmeal, honey, avocado, cacao, you name it, I tried them all. Food and Beauty have been my two loves as long as I can remember.
I grew up in a small village of France, but always felt the urge to explore outside of my comfort zone. From Vourey, to Lyon, to Paris, to London, to New York, to Toronto to India… I quickly realized that I was craving for foreign cultures, that I was easy to adapt and that I made everywhere I went feel like home. New York won my heart in 2001 when I first got there as an exchange student in Marketing. One year turned into ten. 8 years into the corporate world of food and beauty after getting my MBA left me completely unfulfilled though. I tried to make IT work by working in different positions, for different companies, in different countries, but something was missing…
In December 2012, once I finally connected the dots and realized I was changing the wrong data from the equation, there was no turning back. I took a leap of faith and left a comfortable job to jump into the unknown of a year of free-floating, couch-surfing, connecting and deepening some of my old and newer passions: travelling, yoga, Ayurveda, cooking and nutrition.
This amazing journey took turns I could have never expected, filled with synchronicities and magical encounters. I have been fortunate throughout to complete a Beauty Therapy Course at Greens Ayurvedic Center (Kerala, India), to become a Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher from the Kailash Tribal School of Yoga (RYT 200 - Dharamsala, India), to teach Yoga and start an organic market at Yogishtaan (Bangalore, India), to further study at Vinyassa Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga Vida (RYT 200 - New York, USA), and to become a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition (online). I also trained with Josh Gitalis learning about Therapeutic Nutrition and Supplements in Practice (online) and took Raw Food classes at Crudessence (Montreal, Canada).
Back in France as a new mom since 2015, I completed another 2 year Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at the Academie de Yoga in Marseille (RYT 200) as well as a Prenatal Yoga Training at the De Gasquet Institute in Paris and a Fertility Yoga Training with Ana Davis (660 hours of yoga teacher training under my belt).
