Les graines d'Alfalfa sont tr&egrave;s simples &agrave; faire germer chez soi et/ou faciles &agrave; trouver en magasin bio.<br /><br />Pour suivre les conseils de Perrine, voici une&nbsp;recette :&nbsp;<br /><span>&#8203;- 300 g de tagliatelles &nbsp;</span><br /><span>-&nbsp;</span><span>20 cl de cr&egrave;me de soja&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br /><span>- 4 cuil. &agrave; soupe de parmesan&nbsp;</span><br /><span>- 2 poign&eacute;es de graines germ&eacute;es de tournesol</span><br /><span>- 2 poign&eacute;es de graines germ&eacute;es de poireau</span><br />Faites cuire vos tagliatelles dans de l&rsquo;eau sal&eacute;e. Dans une po&ecirc;le, r&eacute;chauffez la cr&egrave;me et ajoutez du parmesan. &Eacute;gouttez vos p&acirc;tes. Une fois qu&rsquo;elles sont cuites, versez-les dans votre po&ecirc;le avec le m&eacute;lange cr&egrave;me-parmesan. Ajoutez vos poign&eacute;es de graines germ&eacute;es et m&eacute;langez le tout &agrave; feu vif. Mon voyage en Inde et la formation que j&rsquo;ai faite l&agrave;-bas m&rsquo;ont permis de comprendre que le yoga &eacute;tait bien plus qu&rsquo;une pratique physique mais une philosophie de vie.<br /><strong>Qu'est-ce que cela repr&eacute;sente dans ton quotidien ?</strong> Je le pratique quotidiennement (ou presque) chez moi, <strong>pour la pr&eacute;paration de mes cours</strong> ou non. Je suis actuellement une formation de 2 ans, un dimanche par mois, qui a &eacute;t&eacute; le d&eacute;clic pour appr&eacute;cier la pratique personnelle, seule. Mais j&rsquo;aime encore beaucoup pratiquer avec l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie d&rsquo;un groupe et d&rsquo;un prof, et je suis des cours, une &agrave; deux fois par semaine.<br /><strong>Trouves-tu le temps de pratiquer pendant tes voyages ?</strong> Pendant les voyages, j&rsquo;avoue que c&rsquo;est plus dur, surtout avec une petite fille qui me grimpe dessus au moindre chien t&ecirc;te en bas&nbsp;!<br /><strong>Quel est ton produit YUJ pr&eacute;f&eacute;r&eacute; ?</strong> Je suis fan du tapis antiglisse. D&rsquo;une parce que j&rsquo;ai les mains qui glisse rapidement sur un tapis et qu&rsquo;il facilite &eacute;norm&eacute;ment ma pratique. De deux, parce qu&rsquo;il est super pratique et l&eacute;ger &agrave; transporter quand je n&rsquo;ai pas envie de porter le poids de mon tapis. De trois, j&rsquo;adore les couleurs et le message qui y est inscrit.<br /><br /><strong>Le Monde</strong><br /><strong>Quel est ton pays coup de c&oelig;ur jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; pr&eacute;sent ?</strong> Bali, un pays o&ugrave; j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;aller 2 fois. Je trouve la culture et la r&eacute;v&eacute;rence envers la vie l&agrave;-bas magnifique, comme toutes ces offrandes qu&rsquo;on trouve &agrave; chaque coin de rue en t&eacute;moignent.<br /><strong>Des bonnes adresses &agrave; partager ?</strong>&nbsp;J&rsquo;ai toute <span>une section sur mon site</span> dans laquelle je partage mes coups de c&oelig;ur. J&rsquo;ai eu la chance de beaucoup voyager ces derni&egrave;res ann&eacute;es, et aujourd&rsquo;hui rien ne me rend plus heureuse que de passer des moments avec ma fille et mon mari.<br /><br /><br /><strong>Indiscr&eacute;tions</strong><br /><strong>Au cin&eacute;ma, quels acteurs/r&eacute;alisateurs te font r&ecirc;ver ?</strong> Ouhalala, &ccedil;a fait longtemps que j&rsquo;ai pass&eacute; l&rsquo;&acirc;ge d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre une groupie, mais j&rsquo;avais un poster en noir et blanc de James Dean sur le mur de ma chambre &agrave; l&rsquo;adolescence.<br /><strong>Une citation qui te d&eacute;finit ?</strong> Quelqu&rsquo;un m&rsquo;a dit une fois &laquo;&nbsp;Life never gives you more than you can take&nbsp;&raquo;, ou la vie ne t&rsquo;envoie jamais plus que ce que tu es capable d&rsquo;affronter. Je vois la vie comme une &eacute;cole et chaque obstacle comme l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;apprendre et grandir.<br /><strong>Une journ&eacute;e dans la vie de Audrey &ccedil;a donne quoi ?&nbsp;</strong>Debout vers 6H30, id&eacute;alement, pour pratiquer le yoga et la m&eacute;ditation avant que ma fille ne se r&eacute;veille. Pr&eacute;paration d&rsquo;un petit dej &laquo;&nbsp;sant&eacute;&nbsp;&raquo; oblige pour toute la famille puis je la d&eacute;pose chez sa super nounou. Je rentre ensuite travailler chez moi, soit pour <a href="http://www.culinarynutrition.com/">l&rsquo;Academy of Culinary Nutrition</a> pour laquelle je suis Program Coach, soit pour &eacute;crire sur mon <a href="http://www.sweet-yogini.com/">site</a>, soit je pour faire des traductions Anglais-Fran&ccedil;ais soit pour pr&eacute;parer <strong>mes cours de yoga</strong> ou des ateliers Yoga, Food &amp; Beauty que j&rsquo;anime de temps en temps. Je d&eacute;die ensuite du temps &agrave; pr&eacute;parer un jus frais et le diner avec l&rsquo;aide ma fille que j&rsquo;aime bien impliquer malgr&eacute; ses 1 an et demi&nbsp;! Whatever the reasons that may lead you to dive into a YTT are, even if it was "just" to deepen your own practice, you tacitly agree to take on the responsibility to spread the yogic word. Whether you understands it or not, Abhyasa, consistent practice, will change the way you look at the world, you are in the world and the way you live your life.&nbsp;<br />So, as much as it might take a little bit of time to adjust to our new schedule:&nbsp;no more 12-hour-long days at the studio (that includes overtime - necessary, not optional), no more homework,&nbsp;no more familiar sleepy faces for the 8am practice and so much free-time on our hands, we all realized what an amazing journey last month's been, and most importantly, that the closing of a chapter is always, always, always the opening of a bright brand new one. Simplicity (mind you, flexibility did not come up). &nbsp;When teaching, it's key to come from a place of connection for the students to relate to their teacher, rather than separate. Intention is everything. And guess what, it was not easy. The body started giving out and, of course, the mind too. Major resistance on my end, when it came to teaching in front of everybody: fear of public speaking and public mess-up, especially if I feel that I don't master my topic. So, I started feeling major push back from my left brain realizing memorizing the full sequence would require a lot of work... My left brain is lazy and always start putting up a fight with me when it is time to get work, even for the sake of something I am as passionate about as I am about yoga. Sure enough, as the week went by, I started understanding that it was not so much about memorizing the words as much as experiencing the practice in my own body and speaking it out loud over and over again. Practice makes perfect could not be more true and my synchronistic inspirational sources (aka. Did I mention the 5 hours of Karma Yoga, selfless service, we have to squeeze in by the end of the program too?&nbsp;<br />While absolutely loving it, my brain had to juggle with all this new notions to grasp but the key lesson had nothing to do with Gluteus Maximus or &nbsp;Yoga Sutras, but rather with finding balance and ease within the chaos going on in my mind: "Oh my G, how am I going to&nbsp;accomplish all that in less than a month?!?".&nbsp;The beauty of yoga is that it comes with the tools to face whatever life throws at you in the form, among others, of yamas and niyamas, universal principals aspiring yogis should live by. The 2 main ones I tried to practice last week were <strong>Tapas </strong>- Discipline, or remembering that the fruits from this experience would be equal to the efforts put in, so now is the time to stop worrying and step it up a notch; as well as <strong>Santosha </strong>- Contentment, as I noticed my self-criticism coming up every time I couldn't do or didn't know something: "It is your second YTT after all", did my monkey-mind keep reminding me... "Yes it is", I would hear myself say, "but Yoga is deep beyond measure and one remains a student forever, You included.
